ITS GOOD TO TALK Every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month! A men's group for company and a chat on a range of topics. If you're new to the area, feeling lonely or just fancy meeting new faces for a chat and a listening ear. Free to attend. Tea and coffee available.
SINGING FOR THE BRAIN
Singing Friendship Support Dementia friendly, community singing group for anyone who might enjoy singing songs together from across the years, sharing memories, making friendships and accessing support if needed. SINGING FOR THE BRAIN sessions are supported by trained volunteers who can offer help and advice to group members, their families and supporters.
