Prehistoric Pots and Paintings, with Warren Day
Have fun exploring techniques used by our prehistoric ancestors to produce paintings and pottery. Get your hands dirty and prepare your own earth colours such as red and yellow ochres, greys and black and white and eventually apply them to your own authentic painting using homemade horsehair paintbrushes.
Using raw, locally sourced clay, build a pot and decorate it with beautiful impressed designs using twigs, bones, pebbles and more.
No experience needed, just wear old clothes and come and get dirty!
Starts Friday 26th April 2024/ 8 weeks with half-term break
2:00pm – 4:15pm (at Artspace Cinderford)
Cost: £80/*£45 concessions
