PIPs is a peer-learning poetry group run by a qualified facilitator and published, prize-winning poet. We have been running for 7 years and current members range from relative beginners to experienced poets. New members of all abilities are welcome!
We meet monthly, in Ruardean, every second Monday of the month. 7 – 9 pm
Sessions are facilitated, fun and friendly. Typically, we’ll read poems written to a previously-given brief (which includes guidance notes and example poems), then give and receive feedback on them. This is then followed by a short tutorial/discussion and/or writing.
The cost is £15 per quarter (3 sessions) payable in advance. A taster session is FREE.
Saturday morning workshops are available for poets wanting more focused learning, as well as 2-hour analysis & feedback sessions (one-to-one or in small groups of up to 3). Both cost £10 per person.
