Lydney Town Band

Following the success of last year’s 130th Anniversary Concert, Lydney Town Band are returning to the Town Hall for their 2023 Celebration Concert!
This concert will cap off a very busy twelve months for the Band after their second-place finish at the Wychavon Brass Festival, a top ten placing at the West of England Regional Championships (Third Section), and a full summer concert programme, including a host of events to celebrate the King’s Coronation in May.
They’ll be joined by Lydney Training Band, one of Gloucestershire’s most successful youth bands, which supports the next generation of aspiring musicians in the Forest of Dean.
Join us for an evening of rousing and inspirational entertainment, including the premiere of music written by local composers, culminating in a massed band finale!
