Terms & Conditions
- The summer promotion 2023 is valid during the period 1.7.23 – 31.8.23
- The promotional offer requires at the time of booking the purchase of 3 events occurring between the period 1.9.23 -31.12.23
- The promotional offer of “three events for the price of two” means the lowest price event purchased is free.
- The promotional offer is for Lydney Town Hall Trust events only. These are identified on the Trust website lydneytownhall.com
- Multiple purchases of tickets under the promotional offer are only allowed at the discretion of the hall management.
- The promotional offer is a limited offer which cannot exceed a total of 100 purchases during the promotional period. Once this amount has been reached the offer is deemed closed and no longer valid.
- If an event purchased under the promotional offer is subsequently cancelled the cost of next lowest cost ticket purchase will be refunded. If all events are subsequently cancelled a full refund is applicable.
- There are no refunds available for tickets purchased under the promotional offer where the purchaser cannot or does not attend.
- The promotional offer ends on 31st August 2023 (unless the ticket purchase limit has been reached at an earlier date)
- The Lydney Town Hall Trust reserves the right to refuse any ticket application under the promotional offer and their decision on any disputed matter is final.
