Are you living with Parkinson’s and looking for a way to be more active?
Then why not join us for a weekly session of fun dance and movement, seated and standing.
Using different genres of music, a gentle warm up will be followed by more energetic routines along with voice work and group dancing.
Wednesdays from 10.30am – 11.30am, starting on 16th August – Alvington Memorial Hall, Knapp Lane, Alvington, GL15 6BH
Dance can be a great way to improve balance, posture, increase the fluidity of movements and help to alleviate some of your symptoms.
A family member, a friend or a carer is welcome too, free of charge.
Enjoy a cuppa after the session and connect with new people.
First session free. Then £3.50 per session, payable in blocks of 5.
