On Monday 31st July we have a coffee morning open to anyone, from 10am-12pm.
We have brought together a range of organisations to help unpaid carers and those struggling with physical and mental health.
You will be able to chat to:
– The Carers Hub, for unpaid carers to have peace of mind if they end up ill and still need care for their loved ones
– Mindful Vision, to gather information about internet usage and broadband speeds for an upcoming project in the Forest of Dean
– Wilde Earth Journeys, to showcase accessibility within the Forest
– Artspace Cinderford, with their new programme for free and part funded courses
– Forest Voluntary Action Forum – FVAF, to signpost to organisations and offer volunteering opportunities
– Gloucester Community Networking, bringing mindfulness and mental health awareness to the forefront, plus linking to local veterans groups
And of course Forest Sensory Services (FSS) will be on hand to help with any sight or hearing queries, information about classes and there will be access to our independent living shop too.
Tea, coffee and cake available, donations appreciated.
