Not simply a walk in the woods, it is the conscious and contemplative practice of being immersed in the sights, sounds, and smells of the forest.
In the hustle, and bustle of busy life, why not take some much-needed time out for some self–care and join us on a magical and fully immersive walk in the forest

Carers are welcome to be accompanied by the person they care for, and they will need to take full responsibility for them. If carers wished to bring anyone with them as an enabler for them being there this is also welcome.
