Belly dancing is a great way to keep fit, improve your balance as well as building confidence. It may also enhance your wellbeing. 4 weeks of sessions aimed at women over 18 who want to have fun, try something new or build on existing dance skills. Wear something you can move easily in and soft shoes-not trainers. We like to wear sparkles, and anything glittery. I have coin belts to share and showing your belly is optional. I will show you some moves, practice the technique and add steps to build a short dance that everyone will be able to join in with. I am a level 1 belly dance instructor with insurance and over 20 years experience of teaching and dancing. You will be asked to complete a form to say you are fit to dance.
