Charred Spring Onion, Labneh, chive oil with scarpetta bread
New season carrot with horned odd white bean hummus & carrot top salsa
Shin of beef ragu OR wild garlic & curd cheese with local cheese & hand cut pasta
Rhubarb doughnut with crème anglaise
Pretzel ice cream with Bespoke stout sponge
5 courses is £40, add a alcohol pairing for an additional £15
