A fun, creative course exploring the styles, techniques and intentions behind famous works from the Impressionists to contemporary artists.
We will look at notable artists, their work and how they achieve it. Artists such as Gerhardt Richter, Max Ernst, Georgia O’Keefe and others, used very specific techniques for their signature styles, which we will be having a go at on this course.
Expect the unexpected as we tour several centuries of the art and personalities that have shaped our culture.
