Forest Play 0-5
Our Forest Play 0-5 is a Parent & Toddler style Forest School session for families with children aged 0-5 years.
Parents, carers, grandparents and childminders are all welcome.
The session runs just like a Forest School session for older children, but adapted for younger children and includes sensory play and crafts, as well as a cosy area for babies and hot drinks for the adults. Our sessions are play-based with activities such as water play, mud kitchen, play dough, painting, natural crafts, songs, stories games and scavenger hunts. One of the children’s favourite activities is playing in the steam, spotting fish and other creatures.
We currently run every Monday morning during term time at Beaver Lodge in Parkend, Forest of Dean.
