This much-loved event, organized by Chepstow Walkers are Welcome, offers an opportunity to connect with nature, history, and local culture through 38 guided walks, each led by knowledgeable and passionate leaders.
This festival isn’t just about walking—it’s about discovering stories hidden in ancient woodlands, admiring vibrant bluebell displays, and uncovering the charm of historic churches and villages. You’ll have the chance to meet local producers and savour their creations, all while enjoying stunning views that will stay with you long after the festival ends.
Whether you’re looking for a peaceful stroll or a more challenging hike, there’s something for every pace and interest. Chepstow, with its strategic location, serves as a gateway to iconic trails like the Offa’s Dyke Path, Wye Valley Walk, and the Wales Coast Path—a haven for walkers since earning its ‘Walkers are Welcome’ status in 2012.
