Art Journals, Poetry and Local Walks: Meet artist/author Valerie McClean

Valerie McLean makes art about memory, landscape and sacred places.
She has four published books and the most recent one, Walking Through the Seasons, includes descriptions of local walks alongside her artwork and poems from celebrated poets who drew inspiration from the landscape.
The event at Newent Library will explore the value of art journals and sketchbooks.
This event is suitable for ages 14+.
