Bring: Picnic, drinks and a cameraThis new guided walk part of Chepstow Walking Festival explores the history of mining in the Forest with its tramroads, railways and pitheads. Nature has overtaken the three hundred year old industrial landscape but it’s still possible to discover the memorials and remains of an industry that once dominated the area.
