farOpen Art Trail

July 5 – July 13

A vibrant, annual open‑studios event set across the Forest of Dean and along the Rivers Severn & Wye. Running from 5th – 13th July, it invites visitors to explore a rich mix of visual arts—from ceramics, painting, printmaking, sculpture, glasswork, jewellery and textiles to book art and more—artwork from over 170 artists, in studios, homes, galleries and pop‑up venues. Visitors can witness art in progress, chat with creators, browse group exhibitions, and meet the makers—all with free entry to every site. It’s a wonderful way to celebrate, buy from, and support a thriving local creative community.
